Chasing growth because “that’s what you’re supposed to do.” Ending up with complexity, noise, and a business that paid well but cost too much.
Eventually the penny dropped.
Big isn’t the goal. Better is. Busy isn’t proof. Peace is. Success isn’t having a team that follows you, it’s having a life that fits you.
This isn’t theory or motivational waffle. It’s the result of decades of building, breaking, and rebuilding. Stripping back everything that didn’t serve happiness, and keeping what did.
